it says i have 28 but when i press a it changes and says that i have 29 out of 50 anyway to fix this?

well i just beat the game and when i go to the achievements screen it says that i have 28/50 achievements then when i press a to look at them it says i have 29/50

This happened to me with Lips. I still have a 5 point phantom achievement. If you look at my gamerscore then compare games with me you'll see a 5 point difference
