You know those times when you play a game and some B.S happens and you decide to just smash your controller on the wall (or some come to their senses and NOT break their $60 controller).
Well this achievement makes you go through that practically every minute.

auf weidershein petrovic in GTA IV hands down. Took me almost 3 years to get that achievement.

Chain Monster in Poker Smash is the hardest achievement that I have actively attempted to unlock. There are probably several more difficult ones, but that one kills me.

I have 170/171 The last weapon is the Infamous Prominence MA. It can take up to 15-130 hours to get.

Hm I can think of quite a few competitive MP ones, not even the fact that they're HARD, just SOOOO time consuming, such as Rank 30 on Far Cry 2 (I got to 21 with a lot of playing and boosting with AJ and Rich) and the highest rank in FEAR 2 takes forever too, oh and GTA4 of course.
Single player toughness that I just gave up on the quickest without trying would definately be Vampire Rain, such a terrible game.
