It was in team deathmatch and I do see people get up after awhile, but when I got him down I ran straight to him to kill him as soon as I can and I even shot him once. It's not like I'm not enjoying the game, but I say all these great review, even saw 3 or 4 perfect scores and all, guess I stupidly got caught up in the damn hype and bought it instead I should of listen to my gut feeling that this game would be like GoW and GoW 2 that they'll be good but not great games and rented it. Only good thing I can say I got if for $15 off with coupon.
Yeah well if you didn't like the first two this wasn't enough different to make someone like the series, IMO. Kind of like Halo Reach, you liked Halo before you most likely liked Reach, you hated Halo, you hated Reach.
I did see a trick some people were doing in TDM where one person would get downed and another hide near them to revive them when the other team got close to kill them. You might have been a victim of such a tactic.

all my fucking achievement progress's got reset last night. dont know how. but it happened. also my collectables. so now i get to redo almost all my executions, refind all 20 of the collectables i found to begin with, so and so forth. luckily my medals were safe.

dude....if only i was. was playing with a friend last night, got up to take a piss, came back, saw my gamertag was "Player 1" at the top, at level 15 (that was my current level at the time) so i restarted my console, booted up Gears, and checked my shit, GONE. all my collectibles are gone, all my achievement progress's gone, everything. got through the first 2 acts with a friend in co-op, now i gotta redo them. was missing 3 executions, now i gotta redo them all. etc, etc, etc. but like i said, my medals and ribbons were safe.
