its not glitched, they're just not really supposed to be for release here in NA, the fact that we were even given the oppertunity to get them through the DP promotion is still amazing. now let me go ahead and say: the achievements will NOT be available until the BFBC2 1.02 update. no update, no achievements. and who the hell knows when that update is going to be released in NA

EA is yet to fix that Army of Two: 40th Day DLC achievement list so i wouldnt be surprised
The difference, though, is that Battlefield is quite popular and has a large fan base. Not fixing these achievements would piss off a lot of people, myself included.

we ARE getting the update. that's what the forum stated. if we werent getting the update, we wouldnt be getting the kits in the first place. the kits ARE the updates.
