I'm sure I'll get some ridicule for this but I just needed to know... Ok so the apartment I just moved to doesn't have internet yet, i.e. no live connection. I've gotten a few achievements while it has been down... Is my score gonna drop and make me redo all of those achievements or can I just stop caring and keep scoring?

You can keep getting GS. However if you have to ever recover your gamertag and have not connected to live while getting those achievements they will disappear.
Moral of the story, its fine but make sure to connect to live as soon as possible so the achievements will be updated.
