yeah making your own character and being able to customize your cars is what will truely seperate itself from GTAIV. Also SR is a bit more "ganster" than GTAIV so I can get my "hustle" on! ahhahaha

Will get SR 2 but there are 2 many GTA haters. SR2 will never come close 2 GTA4 and with DLC around the corner

I found the first saints row to be much more enjoyable than any GTA game. And while i like GTA IV, it lacked in too many areas to compete with Saints Row 2. GTA had side missions, but the sucked. GTA had a good story line, but once you've beaten it, there is nothing left to do in liberty city. Unless you are an enormous fan of bowling or drunk driving, GTA IV gets really lame really fast. I respect rockstar for trying the online thing, but sorry, its been done before. Calling saints row a ripoff of GTA is like calling call of duty a ripoff of doom. It just doesn't make sense.
Bottom line, Saints Row 2 is gonna blow GTA clean out of the water.

People that complain about the driving on gta4 either are not giving it a chance, its just like driving in real life, u just cant floor it like gt realist said, and more gangster then gta, grow up. sr is corny, great game but corny. when did Freckle Bitches and jumping in front of cars 4 money become gangster. gta rains supreme and just wait till dlc comes out 4 gta. I like sr but dont compare it to gta because what you see in sr is based on gta and if there was no gta there would be no sr.
