NEW YORK, Dec 11, 2009 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ -- Apple Corps, Ltd., MTV Games and Harmonix, the world's leading developer of music-based games and a part of Viacom's MTV Networks (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), today announced The Beatles' album Rubber Soul (1965) will be available in its entirety for purchase and playable as downloadable content in The Beatles™: Rock Band™Music Store beginning Dec. 15, 2009.
Rubber Soul is the third album from The Beatles to appear in The Beatles: Rock Band Music Store since the video game's launch Sept. 9, 2009. Previously Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967) was released in the Music Store on Nov. 17, and Abbey Road (1969) on Oct. 20.
That's the news - we can expect to be able to download Rubber Soul starting December 15th (next Tuesday).
Three songs from Rubber Soul were already included in The Beatles: Rock Band's original repertoire: "Drive My Car," "I'm Looking Through You," and "If I Needed Someone." The new songs we can expect are:

-- "You Won't See Me"
-- "Nowhere Man"
-- "Think For Yourself"
-- "The Word"
-- "Michelle"
-- "What Goes On"
-- "Girl"
-- "In My Life"
-- "Wait"
-- "Run For Your Life"
Songs will be available for 160 MS points each ($2.00) or you can download the Album Pack for 1440 MS Points ($18.00).
I personally will probably be downloading at least "Michelle" as that was one of the many songs I grew up singing a lot.
