Rock Band DLC for January 25th

Next week, coming to the Rock Band Store:

David Bowie Pack 02 - 680 MSP
“Blue Jean”
“Fame”
“Modern Love” X
“Young Americans”
“Ziggy Stardust” X

These will be available as individual tracks for 160 MSP each.

Tracks marked with “X” will include Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for 80 MSP per song.

Meh the RBN has way better songs this week, After the Burial, August Burns Red, Chelsea Grin, Decrepit Birth and a bunch more.

I even like David Bowie and I think this pack is a little meh. This routine of 3, 4 or 5 songs a week, all from the same artist, is getting a little old. I liked the old formula with a feature track pack with a few singles sprinkled in. As for the Bowie, I would love some classics like The Jean Genie, Golden Years, Rebel Rebel, Oh You Pretty Things!, The Man Who Sold the World, Diamond Dogs, Life on Mars along with some obscure tracks like Somebody Up There Likes Me (San Adreas soundtrack) or a cover or two from Pin Ups. I also would like the real version of Queen Bitch to replace that lousy cover.

Have you been keeping up with the RBN? It's loaded with more devil-tiered metal tracks than you can shake a stick at, and is updated every week.

Have you been keeping up with the RBN? It's loaded with more devil-tiered metal tracks than you can shake a stick at, and is updated every week.

That and A7X doesn't pose much of a challenge with Beast and the Harlot that's on the disc, song is pretty easy on Expert.

i thought Nirvana did an EXCELLENT job covering "The Man Who Sold the World" unplugged. it really makes me want to break sobriety. i used to get trashed watching Alice in Chains and Nirvana's Unplugged DVD's. light some candles and bust out the B.O.D. (Bong of Destiny) lolz. and i also think that RB needs to lift their petty "no language" ban. its so dumb. i mean, i want to play some Liferuiner and hear someone scream at me "Fuck you, Fuck this, Fuck your Motherfuckin life!" right before a heavy breakdown. also, we need some Fear Factory.

Yeah dude, Like Mikachu said, look online at the RBN tracks.

It's fine if you like Avenged Sevenfold, bu they also happen to have some real, good metal on there like Emperor and Meshuggah

And if you want challenging, download the trial versions of the songs by Chaotrope.

Alls ive been buying lately are RBN actually, most of the bigger releases have been way too easy and all charted the same. I might have to look into Chaotrope.
