Fixed it! RRoD...HA! i just went out and bought 8 screws the same size as the holes on the heatsinks. and used them instead of the X-Clamp that is useless so the heats sinks are tight against the Chips and the connection is good. :) now i need to get a faster fan talismoos or some other lol and i am good for now.
