Remove the Thumbs

Just do it, everyone missuses it. And you guys wonder why I stopped coming on here. Its because everyone acts like they are five. Who cares if someone made a duplicate thread? Let a mod handle it and link him to a new one. Its noone else's responsibility.

I got two thumbs down just for saying this,

"Cant wait for this. One of my most anticipated for this year. First game surprised me, I ended up playing it five times through. "

My honest opinion, and if you guys dont want to hear it. You dont deserve to have my contributions to the community.

Apparently you missed the post by a mod who said it's not their job to do that.

That means that if we don't want to see 10,000 threads about how great bread tastes, we have to tell them ourselves.

I didn't bash him at all, I agree with him, but apparently it's not you guy's job to police the site in this manner.

Every other forum I go to the mods do this. But for some reason, not here.........

That would be MY opinion, and I am allowed to have it sir.

i think we best be dropping the subject of mods duties and how newbies make duplicate threads. it cant lead anywhere good. maybe someday we'll come up with a way to have new members understand our ways. but until then, we have to understand that they're new and dont know any better. :/

now on the topic of the thumb/arrows. they're rarely used, but when they are, its either an accident, or used in the wrong way. in my own opinion, i say they should be gotten rid of
