REAL December game releases
**If a game is releasing for both XB1 and 360, be aware that the trailer/gameplay footage is most likely from the XB1 version.**
Monday the 1st:
Guncraft - This is a first person shooter with the same type of graphics and engine as MineCraft. This XBLA version adds a few features like split-screen multiplayer.
Tuesday the 2nd:
Terraria - This is a lot like Minecraft except with old-school, 2D, 16-bit-like graphics. This specific release is for the XB1 version; no word yet on new features or updates.
The Crew - A big-budget, open world racing game. It is focused on multiplayer events set in the persistent world but also has a single player campaign which will still require an internet connection. Coming out on XB1 and 360.
Wednesday the 3rd:
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare - This is an action game focused mostly on melee combat but also featuring objective modes involving activities like laying siege to enemy fortifications. It is multiplayer-only for the moment, and can be played in third- or first-person. Multiple updates were released for the old version adding new content for free--hopefully they continue this trend. The game will release for 360.
Game of Thrones - A Telltale Games Series - Assuming this title is similar to their previous works, this will be an "adventure" game with a deep story, lots of dialog, and some action. Since it's Game of Thrones, I am betting there will be more action than before, as well as more potty language, blood, and nudity. Episode 1 releases for XBLA with no word yet on when we can expect more.
Tuesday the 9th:
JUJU - This is a 2.5D platformer that focuses on couch co-op and over-the-top boss battles. It is a retail release for 360.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris - This isn't a full retail action game like Tomb Raider; rather, it's more like the sequel to Guardian of Light which was a downloadable title with cooperative play and a 3/4 overhead view. Temple of Osiris will feature 4 player coop and will release in the XB1 digital store.
