Rate my Photography

Now I have recently got into photography pretty aggressively and have been trying different models of cameras as well as different glass, etc.

I am by no means an expert, just a pure amateur. I don't claim I know a lot about photography as I am constantly learning and improving every time I go out to snap a photo.

My main subject has always been automobiles. I have also shot some landscape stuff, and very little of people.

So on to the photos.

The equipment I have been using:

Canon T2i
18-55mm Lens
55-250mm Lens
*soon to come* 50mm Prime Lens
Circular Polarizer Filter
Neutral Density Filter

and

Sony Alpha 65
18-55mm Lens
75-300mm Lens
35mm Prime
Neutral Density Filter
Circular Polarizer

I also have a couple of different Tripods, as well as a Mini-Rig setup.

i use Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe Lightroom 3.6, and both are the 64Bit Versions to edit the photos.

Here are the photos I have produced. And no I am not gonna post every one of them.

Shot in Pure Darkness using a Light Painting Technique

Rolling shot with the sun being my enemy on a black car

Landscape shot in Cubero, NM of a really run down house built in the early 1900s

Picture was actually pretty horrible, and I managed to save it

I hate car show shots, care are parked too closely

My parents Camaro SS with a zoom lens

Flowers?

Eagle?

So that's what I have done recently (I have shot maybe 1000 pictures in the last month alone). The pictures in my mind, I think could be better. I always feel there is a constant room for improvement. But you folks be the judge and let me know how you feel about them.

Also, when I take a picture, this is how I look

I think they look great! I'm a point and shooter myself. I don't have nice equipment, but I'm always on the lookout for novel shots. I really love the eagle picture, in addition to being an excellent quality photo, it's also a great subject. I mean, you can't just ask an eagle to pose for you!

I like the one of the black car in motion, that would look like a blurry turd if I took it. The eagle is pretty cool too. Keep up the good work!

That Eagle was extremely tough to take a picture of. Not to mention, shooting through a wired caged so the Eagle did not eat me or my camera.

That rolling shot of the black car, was actually taken this afternoon. Was my first rolling shot. Tough to do. I got lucky out of the 50 shots I took.

They all look great to me, but I am not an expert. Your first pic - to me - could be used as an advertisement for the car itself. Very cool and even surreal.

Junior these are really good. Although I don't consider myself a "professional" videographer, I have been working as one on the weekends every now and again for the past 8 years. We work with a lot of photographers and you definitely have an "eye" for a good picture.

We use the Canon 60D mostly - but use it as a video camera, and have too many lenses to list.

...and again, nice work!

I don't know anything about pi'tures either but those shots are beautiful. I love the pure darkness car one, and that eagle is incredible.

You should do a few dis-tasteful nudes of Amanda Seyfried for me.
