A friend of mine had his LIVE account hacked today. They changed his e-mail to some random google mail account & bought 10, 000 points on his account with his credit card. Microsift tol him it would take 6-8 weeks to get his money back. Which raises the question of why can't we remove credit card info from our accounts and why do we pay extra for our service if it's as easy to hack as PSN?

you have to go to xbox.com to remove your credit card.
