Since the appropriate thread is closed...i guess i'll post here.
I went to gamestop earlier today and i was thinking of getting Star Wars The Force Unleashed II when i went up to the register and was about to pay the woman at the counter looked at me and asked "Habla ingles?" After i spoke to her in perfect english she asked me to show her proof that i was a citizen. Mind you, this made me mad but since i am a gentleman and i was speaking to a lady i did not speak ill. I told her i changed my mind and just left.
-Since the new law here in georgia i have met serveral times this has happened. Not only was i born here, i showed her my driver's license, School Id (W/ Badges) i was even going to pay with a credit card...if she wanted me to show her my SSN...she must be crazy. I am definitly escaling this to corporate.
...I don't know if anyone here can relate but to me this is racial profiling and i do not like it.

So I was bored and decided to look at our Newest Member's Profile and sure enough what do I find? A guy with every game hes ever played fully completed. Thats not the weird part. The weird thing is that when I went to Xbox.com to compare my achievements to his, I noticed that on August 7th, 2011 he unlocked almost every achievement for every game that he has played. Something doesn't seem right. Check it out for yourself.

Causing a scene would harve furthermore implanted the stereotype that the hispanic race is lesser.
The law i am talking about was partially repealed but there are still people and establishments who seem to believe it is in full efect. It would have allowed people to check people's status using a program. Thousands of people left and caused a great deficit in our state. This law caused problems that it could have solved.
Let me alaborate a little more.
Read this and you will see why i am disappointed....oh well i guess we're back to the 1950's.

We've had many of these people come over to the xbox forums and whine after they get banned. Like you said, it is VERY strange to get so many achievements in a 24hr cycle. 99.9% of these people get banned...

Often, it is the only way someone will realize how offensive they are being to others.
Whenever you get an achievement while online the achievement itself is timestamped. This way if you compare achievements over at xbox.com you can see when you and the persona you are comparing with got certain achievements. You can mostly tell if someone is a cheater (Gamesaves, Mods, etc...) by looking for online earned achievments without a timestanp since achievements earned offline are not stamped.
