New text parser

I wrote a new text / bbcode parser and added it to Xbox America. This new parser should be quicker, but more importantly it allows for more flexibility in defining bbcodes. I'll be able to add some kickass bbcodes in the future.
I've tested the parser, but it's possible that I missed some bugs. If you notice anything weird in posts / articles / private messages, just let me know, and I'll take a look.

I know nothing very little about coding, but is this why <div style="text-align:center"> no longer works in Sigs?

Did you use that html directly before? If so, yeah, that was a security vulnerability.
To center text you should use:
[center]centered text[/center]
