I love new awards, but this one is really easy. I think we need some new awards that are thought out a little more and harder to achieve to make you feel like you really earned it.

No. It draws attention to the search bar. A new member might search for something arbitrary just to get the award, but in the future he'll be more likely to remember that there is a search function and to use it.

I like the second one the most! Mainly because I think we'll probably have more tournaments other than this year alone. So the year would be irrelevant after 2010, lol. Unless we made other year specific awards.
