new 360: worth it? yay or nay

okay, seriously considering getting this new 360. been hearing many good things. but im struck with a few problems. 1. i have two hard drives with all the info i planned to transfer. am i going to have to go get a entire new hard drive for the transfer cord just to transfer the data? 2. how is the wifi? from what i've seen on the elite, the elite itself boosts the range of the adapter. but what do you guys know? any small details i may eed to know about?
btw, sorry i've been off for a while. i dont have much free time anymore since i've been shipped out.

1. I believe u can order a transfer cable off microsofts site or call them or just go to gamestop and grab one for like $20? 2. The wifi is supposedly the fastest wifi ever in a wireless device, but not sure haha

It has wireless N which is the fastest built in wireless for any console, but unless you have a wireless N router you're still going to be running on regular G wireless.
I just recently got the FF13 bundled xbox, so I don't have any need for the new one, but maybe someday in the future I'd upgrade to it.

If my current 360 goes again, 3 rrod's, 1 disc drive, 3 years old...I may consider a new one. Just not the first batch, if you know what I mean.

Wireless N is the fastest speed possible at the moment. The new wireless adapter for the 360 is wireless N. If this had a blueray it would win me over. But I don't have any need for the system. All the thing that is kinect ready is a power cable that's into the xbox, if you have the normal one. Kinect will have to just run power through a wall outlet.
Verdict: I wouldn't if your system is running fine. No need for it, if your xbox fries or gets banned or something. Then I'd go for it, not enough of a jump for me to get one.

i just read this w/ very little problem...and i wear contacts, and im half asleep so theyre blurry. so HA! take that circus and aj lolz
anyways, id get the new console tbh. 250gb hard drive, built-in wifi, better/sleeker/sexy design, and well you know what else xD now for your questions..
1. you can use a transfer cord. but im confused about one thing. in the recent IX vid about how to use said transfer cable, he said something along the lines of 'all new consoles will come w/ transfer kits' but apparentally the slim doesnt? wth much? idk about that....but its like 20$ at gamestop, so not bad
2. i have no idea about the wifi xD just that its there

I say its only worth it, if you are having problems with your current 360.

Theres only a few reasons why I won't be getting this
My parents are divorced so I'm always going back and forth between houses and I bring my hard drive with me. Since this one is a built in one I wouldn't be able to that that =/

.... Of course it'll do that fine, you just bought it.
Don't complain when it breaks soon thereafter.

Use a flash drive I know it's less convenient, because there'll be that one game that you wanna play and don't have the save for, but if you really want the new box, it'd make due

It's still removable I believe, but it's a different kind of HD, so you would essentially need two of the new 360's if you were going to be going from place to place and just using the same HD.
