I play Rock Band, Guitar Hero, DJ Hero mostly
I enjoy them alot mostly because of the music
And I really like Rock Band 2, any of the Beatmania/IIDX series, and Dance Dance Revolution

I find music games are often a less stressful genre in comparison to the mainstream games we play, yet are also very rewarding.

I find myself playing the games more for the music than the actual challenging gameplay, as some seem to seek out the most challenging songs no matter the actual musical content.

I love how music games completely revived the music industry

Really the only music game I got into was GH2. If John the Fisherman came out for Rock Band, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I would love to play the drums to that! (even though I can actually just walk over to my drumset and sit down and play it whenever I want! :p)

BAND HERO ?!?! = Rock Band = GH: World Tour ?

Lego Rock Band ? The Beatles Rock Band ... was ok , i mean there the Beatles , and then Green Day Rock Band soon .. oh god ...

They should have released DJ Hero much sooner instead of coming out with many fail GH games and with all these band specfic GH and RB games they should make it a large DLC pack or something


I dont like the Green Day idea, I enjoy Rock Band more because of the consistency of DLC every week

Well, learning to play guitar takes hours a day for years. That is just not accessible to the vast majority of people. These games ARE for fun! I don't care what anyone says, being able to play Dragonforce 100% on expert doesn't even guarantee you can play Smoke on the Water on a real guitar! lol

I play GH world Tour and RB 2. I dont play GH2 & GH3 much for the fact all you can do is just guitar. With that being said I will say the RB d/l content is way better than the crap GH has available. They (GH) did do a lil better with their content for GH5. i doubt if I will play GH VH unless I play it for free like I did for the GH Metallica. I dont have a interest plying the RB Green Day. Come on!! of all bands out there and they pick green day? I'm Super surprised they haven't made a KISS game yet. Shit they (Gene Simmons) merchandise every dam thing.
