More free DLC for Mass Effect 3: Rebellion Pack

On Tuesday, May 29th, Bioware will be releasing another free DLC pack for Mass Effect 3 called Rebellion.

The Rebellion Pack will add 2 new maps, 3 new weapons, and 6 new characters all with unique abilities to ME3's multiplayer mode. There will also be a new mission objective type that can randomly occur like the original 4.

The new characters include male Quarians, ex-Cerberus agents, and Vorchas.

Can not wait for this...gonna play gold until I have hundreds of thousands of credits saved up to buy the big spectre packs and hopefully get these new characters.

Damn it, I blew all my credits. Now I'm going to have to stock them up again to unlock the new characters.

i cant pass this up! i just downloaded it and im gonna wait until i get mass effect 3 to use it =] free until it last right?

I am assuming it will remain free indefinitely as the Resurgence pack is still available for free too.

The new stuff is pretty interesting. I already unlocked a male Quarian Infiltrator that has a "tactical scan" which applies a +dmg debuff to the target and makes them show up in red for everyone in the squad. He also has Arc grenades which are just like Inferno grenades except electric instead of fire.

The only new weapon I have so far is the Quarian Reegar Carbine shotgun which is actually an electric death-beam. Very effective but the capacity is terrible. A roommate has the ex-Cerberus Adept with the electric whips, it's pretty cool. The whip skills like Lash are really just re-skins of other biotic powers but with added electrical effects you can spec in to.

Both of the new maps are pretty great, lots of good cover yet easy to move around; Firebase Jade has some elevation issues though.
