I used to be a Pacquio fan, but after his obvious lie and the fact that he has to be using is enough for me.
Bottom Line: The fight wont happen unless Mayweather wants to fight an unfair fight and he clearly doesnt so yeah.

Some of you guys obviously no nothing about Pacquio at all, he always has been a very religious and superstitious person. He has no problem doing any other type of drug test aside from the "olympic" one that Mayweather insists on going with. All Mayweather has is his streak, and if he loses he's just another Roy Jones Jr. anyone who honestly thinks Mayweather has a shot of beating Pacquio obviously hasn't watched many of their fights.
