well there is a new char.
I'm picking it up today, I hear that it takes 40 min to an hour to beat.. Kind of disappointing, but oh well, may be the char is so kick ass that it's worth it.

I am not sure about another new character. In the movie industry, if you have a second movie after a first movie's success, adding too many new characters is bad, and gaming isn't too far from a movie...story-wise that is.

well from the beginning there was a spot for a new character and it was obvious that one was coming.
I actually really like her, and despite the stupid price, I thought it was worth it and the loyalty mission wasn't half bad either.
I think i would actually use her on my team if only I've gotten her earlier in the game

Meh, I just realized that i can buy 4 rockband songs with the points, which amounts to less play time than this DLC and doesn't give you a new epic character. Now I just feel better ;p
