Just checked a few minutes ago, and the new Firewalker DLC is up on the Cerberus Network now.
Also, the new appearance package that can be bought seperately right now, is free on Cerberus. I didn't check first, so I wasted 150 or so MS points.

It's been up since the 23rd, also the appearance pack is not free, it said 0 Microsoft points in-game because you've already bought the thing.
My bad. In any case, I used the vaunted "Search" resource and saw that no posts had been made concerning ME2 in some time. So it was a safe bet that no one had mentioned that the DLC was out already.
