I put my little note there at the bottom, but I have heard that purchasing a delisted game code will just get you a whole lot of nothing. So buyers beware.
Marble Blast Ultra Removed from XBA

"Marble blast ultra has been removed from the marketplace.
GarageGames changed their name to Instant Action back in 2009 and launched a new focus on bringing games to web browsers. Although this met with some success, Instant Action announced that they would be closing the doors to the studio last year. Despite GarageGames reforming since the studio closure, many of their IPs have been sold off whilst the studio was inactive; Marble Blast was one of these IPs. It is unclear where the rights to Marble blast ultra currently lie, so I wouldn't hold your hopes up on the game ever returning to Xbox LIVE.
Currently, the three DLC expansion packs for Marble blast ultra are still available on the marketplace. but don't leave it too long before you get them, as there may be a chance that these will suffer the same fate as the full game."
