I've heard that you replace batteries a lot with wireless headsets, but it's not hard to just buy one of those rechargeable battery things that hold 4, so you can always have 2 ready. I've never had TB's so that's all I can say on that.
I got a set of Tritton 720s for Christmas, and so far I love them. They are wired, and I wire them through the optical output on my TV. They're comfortable, and though I've only had them for 3 days, a friend of mine has them as well and likes them. Oh, it can be used on all 3 consoles as well (360, PS3, PC)
I can't say whether one brand is better than another because I've only ever used Trittons. Good luck, sprinter

Based on your setup and your preference for wireless I would say the TB X31's are a good choice for you.
Considering that you will only be using stereo RCA jacks for the headphones' input, you may be able to find a cheaper set of good wireless headphones though.

OK I got the X31 set. WOW. What an ear opening experience! I waited far too long to get a good headset. I'm VERY happy with my purchase, even though I'm screwed for using them with the PS3... I'll deal with it, these rock on the 360. The wireless is great, better than expected in every way.
If you go on tbs website they have options for you to buy a ps3 cable so u can play it with ps3 and pc

If you really are intent on getting wireless, I would recommend the X41's so you can use your Xbox's optical out and get the best possible sound (also don't forget to hit the bypass button so you don't get the sloppy Dolby coloring your audio).
If you aren't going to use the optical out or don't have it, then the X31's should be good.
I would recommend buying some rechargeable batteries for it, though. My X4's use AAA and I have gone through so freaking many.

If you don't need the mic for xbox live, get the newest version of the Pioneer DIR800C. Got mne years ago and they are still going strong. Running them off optical input.
