After about 2-3 hours of downloading, I finally managed to play the beta for Knights of the Old Republic. My only complaint is the slow and sluggish response of the gameplay. I am really hoping that it is due to the fact that it is still a beta and not an issue with my computer. We got this computer back in July and KOTOR was announced over a year ago so I should be good right? That issue aside, has anyone else played the beta? What are you thoughts?

In all honesty Chaind if you didn't like WoW then Old Republic won't change your mind when it comes to MMO.
I too hate WoW and thought TOR would change my views on MMOs. But it didn't I got into the beta for the game and all it is is a re-skinned WoW clone basically making it WoW with lightsabers.
Not worth the time and money they want you to spend on it.

WoW with lightsabers is about what I was expecting. I will grab it and play for a couple months at some point, but I'm not in a hurry since my current PC is ancient. By the time I get a new rig and am ready to try it, it will probably be free-to-play.
