why is he allowed to make rules when he's in the competition? seems like it only helps him especially since everyone objected to PC games. you said gamerscore competition, you can't exclude things besides gamesaving because that's obviously wrong. because their is a exploit in a game every team has the possibility to get it thus, it doesn't hurt ANYONE since there's potential for everyone and not just the select few.

Yeah the rules have to be set in stone before you have anyone register to participate. Even though I would think that the Fallout 3 glitch thing is a little unfair. But I don't know much about that. As of right now I would think anything goes.
