I redeemed 2 100's on 11/03 and another 3 100's on 11/14 and have not received any new notices yet.

Its not too surprising to me, Bing is usually pretty good about shipping out prizes, but with them making such a big push they probably got overloaded with requests and didn't have nearly enough to fufill everyone's requests
