Has anyone ever had their iTunes account hacked? Last night someone purchased $52.98 worth of virtual poker chips with my iCredits. They were smart enough to disable my credit card payment details so the credit card companies wouldn't have to be involved in their theft. I reported it to apple 5 hours ago and have not heard anything on resolution yet.

I know thieves are smart, but how is it possible to buy stuff on my iAccount and not have the iGoods show up on my phone? I'm perplexed.

Had it happen to me. They bought like $20 in hello kitty apps etc...emailed customer service and had the charges reversed. None was on any credit card as I don't have one on file with them, but I had credits from a previous gift card.

They disabled mine too at the time...just had to set a new password to unlock it though.

personally, itunes sucks to begin with. WMP has always been my music player of choice and my music source will continue to be either mediafire or bought CD's.
