This thread is for people or animals or anyone who is hurt or has passed and you want to pay tribute or wish them better.

I'd like to start it off. I met a woman on the site Deviantart named Michelle. I talked to her for a little while and then we stopped talking because things got in the way but I always would look to see if everything was going alright. She just got into a car accident and is hurting bad, her best friend passed away and she has swelling in her head. They might need to induce a coma.

I hope she can recover, so that I can talk to her again. I don't know her too well but from all of the posts by her family and friends, I know she's well cared about.

I feel sorry for Jew Wario (Justin Carmical) taking his own life a few days ago. I know there's a lot of tributes going around various internet personalities. I personally only caught a few of his videos, and saw him on the yearly That Guy With Glasses movies.

They say he was the kindest, nicest person, and people had no idea he was going through that level of depression, behind the scenes. It's difficult to fully understand "depression" of that scale. We all have various forms of it, at one point or another. There were times when I felt useless, and alone. Gaming helped me through that, as it probably did with him. And having that community around him. 2005-2007, when I was struggling to get work- kicked to the curb- my one outlet was World of Warcraft. I would sacrifice some food bills, to pay that monthly subscription, because I found a nice community in my guild(s). I went back to it, around 2009-2010, when I hit another rough patch. Gaming gets a bad wrap, but places like that, and places like here, on XBA, can literally save lives. Maybe if Justin turned here, instead of reaching for a gun, he'd still be here. So be nice to each other in your posts, because we all love this crazy new form of art, and we should all embrace it together, and grow up with it, together.

Very nice post. I was shocked as well in finding out what happened to him. I'm glad to see so many in the community standing up and doing tributes for him. He will be missed though.
