after playing so much racing games lately, it seems that forza is the only one that i CAN drive in cockpit view.

Funny you should say that. When I was trying to get to the 4th year in Forza 3. I would set the controlls on easy to make it go faster. I would literally drift off. My head would just start nodding off, then my girlfriend would nudge me. Repeat that every 20 minutes, lol.
I like the cockpit. i would love to get a force feedback wheel. But my gaming area is just full of shit from all my computers and consoles. I might ebay one though.
Yeah i wanted to get 1000gamerscore in Forza3 so i put everything on easy... its SOO boring. im in the 6th year and the races are like 30mins each and it gets too easy...
and for the question... it Depends on how im feeling. sometimes ill have it on a far cam(or when im drifting), but when i want to feel a little more realism i put it on cockpit.

im always switching between cockpit and far view in Forza 2. which is the only racing game i have. but usually i just hire a driver and have him get me all the chievos in that game anyway
