im getting like 35 bucks tomorrow and thinking about picking up a game but i dont know wich one to get...someone help me out

Bioshock 2 is probably a good bet. The single player is apparently a pretty good 12 hour-ish journey, similar to the first but better towards the very end. I have also been hearing very good things about the multiplayer, so if you want in you should strike while the iron's hot.
I have only played it for a few hours but Mass Effect 2 is really good. If you played and liked the first one, 2 will be even more up your alley. It is faster-paced, much quicker to get to action, and the action itself is handled better.

the problem is i have that much money and i need a game that has good mutiplayer and under 35 and alot of people to play with

Well, why haven't you jumped into Call of Duty MW or World @ War? Lots of people still play them and you should be able to grab one for $35 or less if used.
If you like fighting games, you should be able to get either Street Fighter IV or BlazBlue for $35 or less, and they have active communities. Tekken 6 is active too but the netcode is horrific.

i was thinkin about MW because my friend has that and im also thinking about FFXI because its 20 bucks new and has every DLC but i dont know if it would be worth it

FFXI will require a LOT of time, be ready for that. It's an MMO so it takes multiple people a long time to accomplish anything. I think there are a few people around here at XBA that have played FFXI, and the only other MMO on Xbox 360, Phantasy Star Universe, that might be able to help you out better if you choose to go that route.

i picked up the CoD4 and i hate that game compared to WaW.so now i am gonna be looking for a game with good multiplayer so any help would be nice
