We do have huge gaming nights, mostly on Halo. But none of the people there are members of our forums, just friends and such. I think thats a good place to start, thanks, try to get them all on the site.

Yep, using your forums to organize those nights, then again to discuss them afterwards, is always good. It's always fun to go back the next day and talk about some of the 'not so swift' moves I end up pulling off in games :laugh:

It may sound silly but leagues can build a lot of camaraderie/friendships. Our leagues are usually 8 weeks + playoffs. Most teams have one practice/scrimmage per week, plus their regularly scheduled league game, which is usually Sunday night. Spending 8 weeks playing with and against a lot of different members can really help people get to know other members that weren't part of their 'usual play group' beforehand. Usually the more friendships you have, the more active the forums become. Some of my closest friends are ex-teammates.
