i heard this killed the Halo 3 beta by nearly double. like, 1.1 million played the beta. honestly, i liked where they were going, but the modes were kinda boring and pointless. and the new loadout system sucked. jetpacks can go blow themsleves..........up.

actually i kinda liked the whole loadout idea. that way, everyone had fair game to using the same weapons and stuff. and everyone could be different. plus, helps for strategy. have a stalker go this way, while jetpack guy goes this way, scout up the middle, and a guy w/ armor protecting something. works really awesome.
tho tbh, i would LOVE to be able to customize a loadout. like youd have to buy the things. like itd give you, an AR/pistol/nades/scout to start w/, and then youd have to like buy the diff stuff (like diff special things like jetpack invisibility etc, diff weapons, nades, etc) i think thatd be VERY cool and would encourage people to play more cause they want more credits to get a better custom loadout. kinda like COD. have the basic loadouts, then give people 2-4 custom loadouts (or maybe start w/ 1 custom, and have them buy more custom slots?)

fucking brilliant idea. i approve this message of awesomeness. but those specials better be really expensive. armor lock=cheap jetpack=blows running=fricken sweet invisible=dumb(kinda) i really just miss the active camo put on a map randomly. well mudkip, cant wait to see ur article. i was just going on what i thought i remembered seeing. maybe that article will be in depth and tell me how many people hate which perk. (im voting for the armor lock for the "most hated perk" award)
