I can tell you that most major retailers are getting less than 20 units per store of the 60 gig. The Tuttle Best Buy had four people waiting at 3 p.m. yesterday, and 11 people waiting at 11 p.m. last night.
Currently they are at about 13 people...
Japan was to get 100,000 units, only got just over 80,000...

I am back from bestbuy and school so here is what is what happed.
me and my brother got 2 PS3's today and when we were leaving the store some one offered us $1200 for one of them, we say $1,500 he said $1400 and we say sure its a deal. so he told us he had to go to a ATM and to follow him in are car, and the police man that was there told us not to go with him, so we waited at bestbuy for him to come back, and we make the trade. And while we were trading there was a news paper reporter taking picture of the trade.
then I went to school and will be putting the second PS3 on ebay tonight, and will put a link to it here.
Well and that was 42 hours in a line at bestbuy! it was raining the hole time and was very cold!!! but I got the PS3 so I am happy So now I can tell people that I camped at bestbuy
EDIT: and while we were there the demo unit they had over heated 5 times!!
