GTA as a franchise has never had a single strong female character with the possible exception of Kate. It's definitely never had a really good one.

Pretty sure your thinking of Michelle aka Karen. Kate is Packie's sister. She is notable for having good morals in a GTA game and actually giving two shits about Niko beyond superficial reasons. The two characters could not be less similar.

I stand corrected......got the names mixed up
They really need a non skank female character that is somewhat relevant to the plot.

I'm not saying I'm proud of it, but I live in Los Angeles, and Michael's daughter is the type of women I go after. Not exclusively, but those kind of women are easy to understand, easy to please. Also, having Michael as a step-Dad wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Can think of far worse deadbeats.
