Welcome to the site! I have alot of friends who are big time completionists, but for me it's more about enjoying the game......also will say that every once in a while play an easy game or two so you don't get to burned out. It's happened to me many time putting hours after hours into a game and getting it done, then moving on to another never ending game....You might find that even some of the Disney games are very well done and quite enjoyable. Good luck gettin your game up.

Welcome & Slainte!
We all feel that way when we just start out. After a while you'll notice your gamerscore is pushing 10K and you catch the bug. There's too many good games out there not to. Plus, not all waffles are bad.
That was my intro thread starter and I admit freely now to playing a number of waffles, some shitty. I took part in a XBA team gamerscore tourney this past summer and that's when I played most of those like Avatar and Night at the Museum. Beowulf was the absolute worst. I do however still hold to my vow never to play the likes of Hanna Montana or My Horse & Me.

When I started my xbox live account about 9 months ago, I didn't give a shit about my gamer score. Now that I'm approaching 10,000, I'm really gettin into it. I have yet to play a shitty game just for and easy 1,000 and don't plan to any time soon. I just want to get involved more online. I have a ton a people on my buddy list that I haven't played with in ages.

Yeah, I knew when I started down that completionist road that it would be tough to stick with it, but for now I'm still enjoying watching both my achievement count and completion percentage increase. However, if it ever gets to the point where it's more of a chore than fun then I'll definitely start switching things up. Stay tuned

Nothing beats resurrecting an 'Introduce Yourself' thread, but I had posted earlier here that I was going to be tackling Armored Core 4 as one of my first games. A few of you posted that I might be biting off more than I could chew. I definitely felt that way several times while playing it, but after a little over four months I'm happy to report that I completed it. So to those of you who mentioned that you'd started it but given up, it can be done. I'm certainly no expert, but I could give anyone who's interested some tips on the different missions. In addition, I'm almost finished with Bioshock and Call of Duty 2, so my gamercard will look more respectable fairly soon. Since my family and most of my friends could care less about achievements, it's nice to find a community that appreciates the thrill of unlocking a tough achievement and completing a particularly difficult game

Once again, props to you on sticking it out on some of the most difficult games to complete to 100%.
