Well, it looks like this isn't going anywhere since anyone can get a code through the generator now. If you are wondering, I did in fact get a Windows phone from Verizon while I was out of town for so long, but they gave me 4 codes even though only 1 was a Windows phone. PureEvil can vouch, especially since it looks like he will get one from me anyway. The only offer seems to be MagicMurderBag, if they are still interested...

I tried a generator, and signed up 3 times. Two copies of Halo Reach (one sent to me, one to Brie, depending on how my apartment decides to handle packages), and a copy of Lode Runner. We'll see what happens with the "verification of information" I suppose.
