I have the HD7 also, I like the phone but some functions are getting on my nerves. I bought the Zune Pass so I could listen to all kinds of music on my phone but when I go to listen to a paritcular song either A.) it takes forever to open it and/or B.) it cuts in and out......and its not the cellular service, because I was driving through Phoenix and it was still doing it....even through dallas and Houston.
That and not being able to load up custom ringtones irks me....but I just need to download the software to be able to do that...no biggie
