Gamefly and myself have had an off and on relationship. I've ran into my fair share of issues. One of my biggest issues that I have had with them is that I had over twenty some games in my Q and for some reason they would not send a title out for me. It took over three weeks for them to send me a title out. Out of those twenty some titles there were about fifteen that were available now. I had sent out numerous emails to Gamefly and kept getting the standard response that they would send the game out. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and got three months of my subscription refunded back to me.
I ended up going back to Gamefly and so far haven't had any issues in getting games in a fairly timely manner. I've timed it to where I can get new releases as they come out.
