GameFly

I didn't know where to put this thread, but I know some of you had heard of GameFly, where you rent games for a low price and keep them for however long you want. I have a question for any of you that has tried it. Do they continue to take money out of your credit card for the longer you have it, such as you rent it and still have it for a year, will they charge you for having it that long. It just seems suspicious to me.

You are charged a fixed amount each month based on the plan you select. I have it currently and am using the two games plan. It allows me to have two games out at the same time as long as i pay.

You also can keep the games for as long as you want. I've had Dues Ex since it was released.

And when you do it, yeah you want to get at least the 2 game plan like Kilowatt has. That way you can play one game while swapping the other one out and waiting for a new one.

The best piece of advice that I can give anyone doing Gamefly is, work on your mailing timing. If you get that down to an art, you will never have an issue of getting new releases when they come out.

Yes, even if you still have the games out they still charge you monthly.

A swing and a miss................they will show that they have access to them, but they never come. They just sit in your queue waiting for availability.
