I usually base my purchases on recommendations from friends or scores given by a couple of magazines (XBOX mag and Game Informer) and now XBA. xbox360achievements.org is also a good source for info that I use. When I use Youtube, it's usually to see how others are getting past difficult points in a game or how to get a certain achievement. The game video on your vids looks good, but some of your commentary and knowledge of the games will need improvement (I watched your review on Jumper). Personally, I would (and did) watch one of your reviews that actually had video, versus a blank screen with just audio. I think it's awesome that you are taking the time to post reviews, so keep it up dude. And Chev Chev is cool too. Later.

Thanks dude, I figured if i'm gonna play some of these games I should at least put 10 - 20 minutes into making a video about it.

I'm not a big game buyer. Most games that I do buy are normally the big games that I know I'm going to like (ex. Halo, Call of Duty, Gears of War) And if it's a game I'm not sure and getting I normally try the demo since most games have one. I get things from word from mouth a lot too. Whenever I'm not too sure on getting the game and my friend has it I always ask their opinion on it. And I normally look up a game on IGN to see what score it got.
To make a long post short, I don't really watch reviews and read articles on them. I just normally read the pros and cons
