I think the hardest thing is finding a decent job that allows the manly growth. Thats one reason why I went back to school so I didnt have to deal with companies that are against it.

And its proven that women are more attracted to the beard.

I grow a Beard year round, regardless of the weather. I always wore a beard, but last October a rugby team mate of mine said I could never shave my beard, so I haven't. I've trimmed it up, cut it with scissors when It was uneven, but continue to let it grow.
