i was wondering if any one new wether or not u get baned 4 flashin ure xbox where it plays burnt BACKUP COPIEs

im tired of buying games twice cause xbox cant seem 2 figure out how 2 make the xbox not destroy games i make backups off my cd and dvd for that reason why not my games i dont want 2 loose gamertag though worked 2 long at score 2 lose it!so is it worth it

i'm not sure what EXACTLY this means.... but on every 360 disc it says "do not make illegal copies of this disc."
is it legal to make backups?

thats what im saying is it cosidered illeagal 2 make copies off stuff u already own and i would send it in if my warranty wasnt up my xbo quit reading disk so im gettin it fixed and guy asked me if i wanted it flashed so was geting a little insight into it

Why don't you save the game you are playing to your harddrive? That way you reduce the spin time on your game discs. It's free and won't get you banned.

Each game is different. The thing is, if his rom drive is scratching discs, he would be better off saving them game by game. If he starts running out of room then he can erase whatever he needs to to get the space back.
