If you go through and read the entire Terms and Conditions and it mentions nothing about additional charges, you could sue the website and not only get your money back, but extra for their bullshit, too.

I did that once a few years back. I was looking for an old game, found it on a 'free' site. To download it I had to join for $2.00 and I got whacked with @ $100.00 in extra charges. I called my credit card company and they were quick to refund it to me. That was the LAST time I did that.
