okay... you all know that i'm crazy about fallout 3. it's my favorite game, and i will be a total fanboy until the end of time, but i gotta' say... 2 is giving 3 a run for it's money. fo sho.
first of all, playing fallout 2 on easy is harder than playing fallout 3 on hard.
this game is just brutal. plain and simple.

the entire storyline is just depressing. it literally feels like the end of the world. almost every NPC is a whore or drug addict. every quest is hardcore, and finishing any of them is so rewarding. i don't even know how to explain it. fallout 3 is a cakewalk, and saying that saddens me lol.
i have access to the end of the game but i'm not ready for it. i'd get raped. i'm only at level 16 or so and i still find challenges at every turn. and that's with advanced power armor, the guass pistol and a plasma rifle. don't even get me started on my followers. i have 3 of them and i usually have to leave them behind so they don't die! lol

i'm really hoping new vegas will be more like fallout 2 than 3, but i know it won't be. every game is dumbed down anymore. sad but true. if only fallout 1 and 2 were available on xbla. i'd totally jizz in my pants!
