Fable 3

Has anyone checked out the Fable 3 videos on xbox live? It is Peter M. giving us a rundown of Fable 3, no news on the storyline of the game just yet but with all the information Peter M. mentioned, as well as the Lionhead diary entry. I am getting very excited for Fable 3 coming out.

For those of you that have not checked out the information yet, GO DO IT!

For those of you that have checked it out, discuss! What are your feelings, thoughts about the final entry of the Albion World!

Yeah but as far as your overall mission...There hasn't been anyone talking about it. Yeah it's 60 years after the second Fable, and you are a king running Albion....But no one has talked about the overall story

I was just watching it and everything is looking awesome, but whats this about being somewhat of an RPG? They said you will be taking control of the entire kingdom, but im not one for games where your floating above all the action, I like being one specific charater and playing through his story, like in fable 2. I guess ill have to wait and see...

No, from what I gathered, the gameplay will be the same as it has been in Fable 1 and 2...But depending on what you do in the game depends on how Albion will turn out.....That make sense? Like if you make bad, evil choices you will look dark and sinister....But if you make good choices your look will turn angelic...The same goes for Albion

Ahh so sort of like in fable 2 where if you were a bad character you would have a different physical appearance than if you were a good person. Im really looking forward to this game!

I can't believe so many people get excited for Fable still. It's pretty much the Halo of "RPG's" even though there are practically no RPG elements to the game anymore. Game is vastly overrated and will more than likely not deliver on 80% of Peter M's promises. Fable 2 was crap and i still don't understand how that game got good reviews in the first place. The dialogue was horrible, missions were pointless, game was way too easy, combat and leveling up system were crap, and the game was short.

I am still pumped! I played the hell out of Fable 2, and am still wishing for more DLC even though I know I won't get any since Fable 3 is coming out this year. I am so freaking excited for it though!

Dude shut the fuck up...If you don't like the game, move the hell on. Apparently the game was good or it wouldn't have that many people playing it.

There is one thing that I agree with you on though. Peter M. mentions all this great stuff that will be in Fable 3, and not all of it will be in Fable 3, or it isn't as great as he was making it out to be. But to me, I have been a Fable fan since the first one came out on the original XBOX. Fable 2 could have been better yes, but I'm hoping that they do better with Fable 3.

You don't like it, thats cool....no one in this thread really gives a fuck about your interests, so keep it moving. I didn't make this thread for trolls, or so you can make one of your very few posts. I made this thread for the people that do enjoy the fable series. There are some people that don't like Halo that much, me being one of them. I play them, but I don't really care for the series.

I didn't realize I gave you this much of my time, so I'm going to bring this to an end.

I hope that the ending doesn't suck, that there will be plenty of re-occuring missions, and Demon Doors to open.

Lol, well a new posting member.

I lurked around for several months before I started posting as well.

What's bad is I'm trying to avoid anything about Fable 3 as long as it is out of Molyneux's mouth. He overhypes his games. I will probably enjoy 3 a lot more if I don't know what its "supposed" to be :rofl:

Overhype I laughed at this article so hard I cried. I figure this was on topic enough to post. What's so funny is I could totally see Petey talking this way about these games!
