Let the peeps who still need their wings get them, these events help them out. Hell, some people only play for real and these events REALLY help them out the most.

Yeah I know, but it's just getting stupid now. Epic has done at least 5-7 of these, so why don't they just give rank 100 out to everyone now?
I know i'm not the only one who thinks this either, I was looking at when Epic announced the 30x xp even for Labor Day on TA and people were pissed as well. But all i'm trying to say here is that this achievement is nothing to me now, the only thing i'm proud about doing in this game is Seriously 2.0 and the whole 1750. I could personally care less if another 5k people get their wings, as long as they don't do some bullshit event for Seriously 2.0 then i'm all right.
That's a GREAT IDEA!!! They SHOULD do an event for Seriously 2.0! I'm at about 5k kills now, if they did a 10x kills event, it would be awesome!
For me anyways.

Haha no, don't give them ideas! But seriously (No pun intended) Epic can't modify the kill counter to 2x or anything like that for some reason, But I do believe that they are doing something special in Horde for it though.
I myself just did the Brumak Method, not that bad if you listen to music or talk to someone to prevent boredom.

Could you enlighten me on the Brumak Method? Just getting back into Gears and I want to start aiming for some of these achievements.

You have to get to the last chapter of the campaign, then just play until you hit the first checkpoint and restart the chapter over and over. Should get about 60-70 kills most of the time playing through that part. I have on occasion encountered a glitch where a lot of the Locust disappear, thereby giving a lot less kills.
