'Easy' games that you gave up on..

Everyone has at least one, right? :baffled:

One of those games labeled on every forum as an easy 1000, Scorewhore's dream, or in the case of Xbox America, a waffle...and it either outright kicked you ass or you just weren't willing to sink the required time into finishing it.

I have two that come to mind...Ice Age 3 and Madagascar Kartz. Both are very easy games with VERY high completion rates but both of them frustrated me to no end. With Ice Age it was one of the time trial deals where you're standing on a snowball rolling around. With Madagascar Kartz it was the same thing, for the most part...time trials. I spent more time yelling at the cheap ass AI in MK than I did playing through Kane and Lynch 2 on extreme! :laugh:

Obviously I could have kept both games a little longer (had both from Gamefly) and just continually tried until I got them but my patience just wasn't that stout.

I have no problem admitting it when a game kicks my butt, even a family/kids game, since I can always fall back on the excuse that I'm old and slow

So...if you can talk yourself into admitting it in public, what's yours?

Dude I've given up on many games regardless of their easy completion rate......King Kong....simply horrible.........Ski-Doo Challenge...........X-Men:The Official Game............Bee Movie..........Ratatouille........Jurassic:The Hunted...........Conan............shall I go on......If the gameplay is quite boring and graphics are ehhhhh......then I'm usually done with it as long as I can stand it......after that it's flung out the front door across the street to the neighbors yard for it............

I did everything in Cars except get the 100~ postcards. I started to look for them and only found about 5 in almost an hour so I said screw this.

In Surf's Up I didn't do the very last Achievement which was to find every little idol thing in each level. I already had most of them but there was this one course I played 4 times and couldn't find a certain idol so I just took it back to BB cause I wanted something else.

I'll go back to them some day.

Actually I really have been going back through a few of my games and finishing some stuff though, so I guess it really is true....eventually I'll get tired of seeing it on my 'incomplete list' so I'll bite the bullet and go back to it.

TMNT!

I rented it at one point and played it until the very last stage and the disk that I had was all scratched up and wouldn't play so I couldn't complete it. So I took it back and never got it again, but now I lost my hard drive....and my save, so I'm slowly going through it again.

King Kong, mostly because of Blockbuster gave me a shitty Scratched copy, I told them it was scratched and they still haven't replaced it.

Good thing I didn't get any achievements in it though.

Feeding frenzy - finish all of the timed events - 'F' that one

And, I guess I could also say The Maw. I just completely hate that game, bores me to death. But I guess I can try and 250 it because aparently the achievements are so easy.
