Microsoft and Sony both clearly want to steal a little casual gamer honey from Nintendo. Let me say this first before i continue, I hate Sony, I think they are the greediest and least flexible of the console giants. They give you free online that compares to a super eight motel in Delaware, and they have worse customer support than the DMV, but saying all that they had a much better showing than Microsoft. They spent far less time talking about the Move, its cheaper than the Kinect and its shipping earlier. Microsoft not only talked about the Kinect for 65% of their conference, but they offered no price point. They didn't talk about XBLA at all, something I found to be a major selling point for me when first getting the system. They revealed I think 3 exclusive games I hadn't already heard about(not counting the Wii lineup circa 2008)2 of which didn't grab my attention at all, Metal Gear Rising was a nice surprise though 
. Out of all the conferences Microsoft had the least amount of crowd reaction, must of it was awkward laughs or polite applause. You're absolutely right MillyVol no hardcore gamer wants motion technology, which is why I was so distraught over Microsofts intention to force it down our throats.
