Okay, kind'a pissed off here. I loaded up Dragon Age at my boyfriends house. I bought the game for him last year for his birthday, so he had The Stone Prisoner DLC on his HDD. Now that I'm back at home, it won't let me load my main profile because it can't access the DLC, and it's telling me to load from the storage device that it's located on.. which I obviously don't have. Is there any way to get around this or is this profile fxcking screwed unless I play from his HDD or buy the DLC?



Do you have the Stone Prisoner DLC?

If not, I'd get and see if that works..

I don't. It won't let me load my other character profile, either, which I played for 20 minutes. This is retarded. I really don't want to buy it, but I guess there's no way around it?

Yea, it's either you buy it or only play from your bf's HDD.

But keep in mind, I'm not 100% sure that if you buy it it will work, especially if it's telling you to load up the game on the device you played on, or whatever you said.

I was actually on the screen where I was about to add msp to my account but I decided against it and created a new character with a different race, class and background. I only had about 9 hours on my main profile and a LOT, I mean a LOT of that was contributed to by doing most of the side quests and listening to every bit of dialogue, since I only recently found out how to skip. As long as I remember this and take my HDD with me when I go to my boyfriends I, hopefully, won't have this problem again.

I bought this game not too long ago thinking its another great bioware game, man was I wrong. Its weird, it plays just like KOTOR but I just cant get into it. To me the story is bland, the characters uninvolving and the lack of voice over for your main character bothers me. I guess playing Mass Effect 2 before hand placed the bar up a little too high.
